The DRAM-less SSD controllers developed by Maxio based on NVMe1.4/2.0 technology are MAP1202-C and MAP1602-C. This series of SSD controllers are developed for mainstream PC client SSDs. Gen3x4 PCIe controllers integrate the new generation of Maxio Agile ECC technology, providing advanced error correction and self-adaptation functions to meet the development needs of NAND flash memory technology. It can be adapted to all 3D NAND (MLC/TLC/QLC) launched worldwide. Additionally, MAP1202-C and MAP1602-C adopt SoC design technology for integrating high-performance CPU and high-speed co-processors, and software and hardware co-design technology, embed innovative design of integrating unique SRAM and Smart Cache architecture, build an intelligent virtualization cache pool, and realize an intelligent management for the intensification of cache resources, thereby greatly improving read and write speed, reducing power consumption, and providing more competitive SSD controllers and solutions for the market.
